When life gives you basil...

...make pesto! Thanks to a donation from the Youth Horticulture Project, in Brattleboro, we had lots of basil that got turned into ALOT of pesto. The kitchen will use some to make pasta for the entire school next week, and we're using the rest to raise some money to get some fish for our fishtank. Some people definitely didn't like the smell, but the rest of were up to our elbows in basil!
