What paper towel is best for our classroom?

It's pretty incredible to see how creative 7th graders can be when given a question, a pile of paper towels, and a table covered in random supplies. Groups of 3 came up with ways to test the strength and absorbency of 4 different paper towels. Those results, plus information about cost per towel and environmental impact, were considered by everyone, and the overall recommendation seemed to be for the 100% recycled towel, even though it wasn't the strongest or most absorbent...
